TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Effective Date: April 2, 2008 Rates: F.O.B. Route 100 Morrisville Availability: List machines are offered subject to availability in our rental fleet.  Specifications may vary slightly. Rate Determination: Rental charges are not computed on the basis of hours used, but on a daily (8 hours), weekly (5 consecutive days/40 hours), or a monthly (176 hours/28 days) basis.  This means, that if you use a rental machine for one day, but have it at your job for a month, you will be charged one month’s rental.  Taxes: All rates are subject to Vermont Sales Tax.  Customer Responsibility: Customer will furnish qualified operator.  Customer will insure that normal daily maintenance is performed, such as fuel, grease, check oil levels, tire pressures, etc.  Customer will be liable for any unusual damage to tires or machine, and any maintenance beyond normal wear and tear.  Cancellation Notice -Cleaning Charge: 24 hour cancellation notice or 20% fee. Customer will return machine reasonable clean or pay a cleaning charge. (Minimum $50.00) Equipment Responsibility: In all cases we try to keep our machines in good mechanical condition.  We will not be responsible for claims which the customer may have for loss or damage which he may incur by reason of the condition of the equipment or its suitability for the work it is required to perform.    Terms of Agreement are subject to change, see rental form.
